- The organization partners with the constituency AIDS control council to facilitate the sharing of HIV and AIDS information to the community
- Partners with the District Youth Affairs on youth empowerment programs
- Works with volunteers and other non-governmental organizations
- Kilifi network organization of volunteers and charity workers in Kenya through human rights education and monitoring of human rights abuses in the community
- Ministry of social services through social development approaches in Kilifi County
- Partnership with the Association of Sisterhoods of Kenya (AOSK) as an AOSK Peacemaker and contact for Kilifi County
Our future plans
- Construction of Pamoja Yawezekana CBO resource center which will provide the projects target women, PWDs and youths population with structured career development information, skills and opportunities to get jobs and start own businesses and uplift their livelihoods.
- Establishment of Pamoja Yawezekana Community Education Centre to continue improving literacy, performance, and career development opportunities for children and youth.
- Establish a Community Library as an accessible repository of knowledge material for community learning.
- Establishment of a community Microfinance institution I.e. a community bank that will facilitate saving and loaning to the locals.
- Establishment of a voluntary counseling and testing center (VCT)to help youths and women know their status.
